It has now been scientifically researched for many years and is clearly proven to reduce stress and improve physical health rapidly and permanently.  It is both the science and the philosophy that I have dedicated my life to studying and practising.

I can offer you completely non-judgemental empathic support while you experience how easy it is to activate your body's natural relaxation and self-healing instinct.  People experience a deep and comfortable feeling of inner peace and physical relaxation within the first session.

I am a meditation and mindfulness teacher, stress management trainer and counsellor with over 35 years’ experience in helping people become more confident, happier and healthier.
