Day retreats happen throughout the year.
My Meditation and Mindfulness day retreats are always deeply relaxing and held in lovely countryside locations. They are designed to be enjoyed by beginners and advanced alike.
Bring your own lunch with tea, coffee biscuits and a variety of delicious cake provided within the retreat fee. Fees vary according to the venue but are around £50pp.
There are a series of meditations from 10am to 4pm with an hour for lunch.
There are two 20-minute guided meditations each hour with a 10-minute break between each meditation.
Meditations are guided and accompanied by relaxing music. Some meditations are silent, apart from basic guidance.
