  • ANTI BIOTIC SMOOTHIE OR SOUP  (see my blog post below)
  • Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds (My Staple Diet)
  • High Quality Multi- Vitamin (food state)
  • Quercetin (Antioxident)
  • Water Kefir  (probiotic) with Elderberry juice in winter.
  • Gentle exercise
  • Watching comedy videos (laugh out loud each day)
  • 4 pints of alkaline mineralised water sipped throughout the day.  (add a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to 4 pints of tap water)  (check with your GP about salt use)
  • Teaspoon of organic honey.
