- High Quality Multi- Vitamin (food state)
- Quercetin (Antioxident)
- Water Kefir (probiotic) with Elderberry juice in winter.
- Gentle exercise
- Watching comedy videos (laugh out loud each day)
- 4 pints of alkaline mineralised water sipped throughout the day. (add a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to 4 pints of tap water) (check with your GP about salt use)
- Teaspoon of organic honey.
