INGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER – USE QUANTITIES TO YOUR TASTE AND DRINK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN COMFORTABLY SIP THROUGHOUT THE DAY.  When I get a cold I blitz it out of my system by making it very strong with lots of fresh garlic and ginger.  I drink three half pints throughout the day.,  No one will hug me but it does the job.

1 clove of garlic

Piece of fresh ginger

Fresh ground black pepper

Fresh Tumeric

Fresh greens e.g. Spinach or Watercress

Cup of cold Green tea

Cup of cold Licorice tea  (optional if concerned about high blood pressure)

Honey, Manuka is best but all quality honey is good

Fresh lemon including pith and pips

Add your favourite fruit to make it taste nice
